Paul Harbard,
Charity Bank
Paul Harbard is the Managing Director of S1 Homes Ltd, a company established to develop key worker housing for sale, primarily in London. Prior to S1 Homes, Paul was the Finance Director of the Peabody Trust (London’s largest charitable provider of social housing) for 12 years. He is also currently Chair of NHS East London and City Local Improvement Finance Trust Strategic Partnering Board.
A Chartered Accountant, Paul has also been the finance director of retirement housing specialist Anglia Secure Homes PLC and a partner at Pannell Kerr Forster.
Paul is currently a Director and Trustee of Charity Bank, Big Brothers and Big Sisters International and was previously Chair of Habitat for Humanity of Great Britain and Peabody Unite PLC.
Paul is the chair of Futurebuilders’ Investment Committee.
