Futurebuilders invests in a wide range of third sector organisations, including social enterprise and community interest companies.

Approximately 15% of Futurebuilders investees define themselves as a social enterprise or community interest company.

All our products are suitable for social enterprises and community interest companies, including our Full Investment Fund, but if you are not sure which product to apply for, our experienced investment officers will work with you to determine which product is most suitable for your organisation.

If you have a turnover of less than £250,000 and need help with the costs of tendering for public sector contracts, our Small Organisation Tender Fund may be the product for you.

Alternatively, if you are thinking about forming, or have recently formed, a consortia, then our Consortia Fund could be the ideal product for you.
