Public service delivery action plan

In 2006 the Office of the Third Sector set out an action plan to enable an increase in public service delivery by the third sector. The action plan focused on 4 areas:

• Commissioning
• Procurement
• Building on the sector’s capacity
• Innovation

As a part of the action plan, several guides were produced, on social clauses and consortia working. The OTS also produced two further reports – one year on and two years on.
