Collaborative working to generate income
This publication, by the NCVO, is one of a series of models covering the different ways that third sector organisations can work together. It is aimed at chief executives, managers, trustees, financial managers and infrastructure organisations.
Third sector organisations can collaborate on any area of their work, from sharing back office support services, to jointly delivering ‘frontline’ activities. This model introduces different ways of collaborating with other organisations to generate income.
This publication focuses on third sector organisations working together, rather than partnerships with the public or private sectors. Case studies illustrate voluntary and community sector experience of joint fundraising activities.
