Biography: Ted Unsworth

Ted is particularly experienced in partnership building between statutory and voluntary organisations, modernising governance and creating opportunities for the systematic involvement of users and carers in the planning, delivery and evaluation of services.

Having extensive experience in commissioning, resourcing and delivery of health, social care, supported housing and criminal justice services for a range of vulnerable people, Ted - who is a former Director of Social Services and national mental health charity Chief Executive - now leads assignments for a range of clients in these fields across both statutory and independent sectors as a director with Tribal Consulting.
