1. Check your eligibility
Make sure you are eligible for a Futurebuilders investment by looking at our eligibility checklist. You can print of a copy of the checklist and guidance notes, which might be helpful if you need to discuss them with other people in your organisation. You may also find it useful to read through our Tips for a Successful Application page before you begin.

Full investment
To apply for a full investment you need to fill out the online application form. Once you have submitted your application you will hear from us within two weeks.
Please note: From 1 November 2008, we are changing the way we work and we will no longer have an application form. If you wish to submit your application online you must do this by 5pm on Friday 31 October as the form will be removed from our website and you will no longer be able to access it.
If you will not be ready to submit your application before this time we recommend that you print and save any information you have entered on the form that you may need to refer to later. If you have any questions on this change, please call our information line on 0191 261 5200.

Tender Fund
There is no application form for this fund. If you want to enquire about a Tender Fund investment you can call our enquiry line on 0191 261 5200, send an email to [email protected], or sign up to attend one of our surgeries.

3. Need help?
If you have difficulty understanding some of the questions in the application form, we provide an explanation of each one here. You can also download the application questions as a Word document. This will give you an opportunity to prepare your answers, but remember: your application can only be completed and submitted online.
