Total Healthcare is a social enterprise based in Edmonton in the London Borough of Enfield. Futurebuilders has offered the organisation an investment package of £90,700 that will enable Total Healthcare to set up and deliver a nurse-led service to support people (in particular those from BME communities) to manage their long-term conditions (diabetes, asthma, coronary heart disease, etc.) and improve their overall health.
