Futurebuilders launches telephone hotline enquiry service (22/07/2004)

Futurebuilders, the £125m groundbreaking government investment fund backed by the Home Office, has launched a telephone hotline enquiry service. The aim of the Futurebuilders fund is to improve public service delivery through long term investment in the voluntary and community sector in England.

Richard Gutch, Chief Executive of Futurebuilders said, “Since we opened for business at the beginning of the month, we have received over 60 applications and have over 300 voluntary and community groups currently  processing applications online. And another 250 groups have contacted us via our email enquiry service.

“Our new telephone hotline will certainly make it easier for applicants to talk through their queries with our staff. This is part of our commitment to being an open and accessible organisation.”

The Futurebuilders telephone hotline enquiry service (0191 261 5200) is open on weekdays between 10:00 and 16:00, except on Thursdays when it is open between 10:00 and 12 noon.
