   I am a private provider of care for children, people with learning disabilities and mental health.
   I believe equities of service users is a good resource for providding care for the elderly and the other vulnerable people. however profit and losses can become a hindrance for this provision, and therefore operating costs need to be sourced out, perhaps from contracts and commissioners of services with an element of security for all concerned. need help and my involvement is to be expected too. can any one respond. thanks.
