Our interest rates

We offer four different interest rates. Our Investment Officers will work with you to understand the consequences of each interest rate option but the ultimate decision will lie with you. Your investment package will always be tailored to meet your particular needs and circumstances.

6% for the duration of the loan term

This is our standard interest rate and is available for all investments.

Interest-free for 2 years

This option gives you a 0% interest rate for an initial two year period. After the two years the interest rate will revert to our standard fixed rate. It is only available for new, immediate investments. To qualify your investment package has to be agreed by 30 November 2009 and be drawn down by 31 March 2010.

Fixed interest of 2% for 5 years

This option gives you a fixed interest rate of 2% for the first five years. After five years the interest rate will revert to our standard fixed rate.  It is only available for new, immediate investments. To qualify your investment package has to be agreed by 30 November 2009 and be drawn down by 31 March 2010.

Floating rate of 2% over the Base Rate

This option gives you a floating interest rate of 2% over the Bank of England Base Rate for the duration of the loan term. The minimum interest rate is set at 2% and the maximum at 10%.  It is only available for new, immediate investments. To qualify your investment package has to be agreed by 30 November 2009 and be drawn down by 31 March 2010.
