• Full Investment Fund

  Loans-based investment above £50,000, which may also include grants and professional support. The Full Investment Fund is our main product. The majority of our investments are made from this Fund.

• Cashflow Fund

  Short-term loans (up to two years) of £50,000 or above to help organisations cover short term cashflow needs or development capital.

• Tender Fund

  Three year interest-free loans of between £3,000 and £50,000 to help organisations tender sucessfully for public sector contracts.

• Consortia Fund

  A combination of loan finance and professional support specifically for consortium groups aiming to work together to win public service contracts.

• Modernisation Fund

  Interest-free loans of between £30,000 and £500,000 to help organisations be more resilient to the impact of the economic downturn.

• Small Organistion Tender Fund

  Temporarily closed. Grants below £15,000 to help small organisations tender successfully for specific public sector contracts.

• Our interest rates

  Our standard fixed interest rate is 6%, but if you can agree and draw down your investment quickly you may qualify for flexible interest rates.
