Want to become a Health Social Enterprise?

The Department of Health’s Social Enterprise Unit is looking for organisations in the health sector who want to become social enterprises.

Social enterprises can be small, medium or large organisations, but all have a commitment to delivering lasting social and environmental change through their day-to-day business.

Are you interested..?

The Department of Health is keen to find ‘pathfinder’ organisations to get this initiative off the ground. The learning from the pathfinder organisations will then be shared across the health and social care sector so that others can benefit from their experiences. Pathfinders will be able to apply for financial support from the Unit’s Social Enterprise Fund to help with set up costs.

To contact the Department of Health’s Social Enterprise Unit, or to express interest in becoming a social enterprise pathfinder, please email [email protected].
